In Olive Oil. Glass jar containing 28gr of which 10gr of summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt). Best preservation date in closed jar: about 2 years. Once opened, store in the refrigerator with olive oil that covers the product.
Suggestions for use: use raw on pasta, risotto, raw meat carpaccio, grilled meat, boiled potatoes, purée, grilled scallops, omelets, fried egg and white pizza.
