Ingredients: white truffle from Alba 90% (tuber magnatum pico), olive oil, truffle aroma, salt.
Expiration date of a closed jar : approximately 2 years. Once open, put the product covered up with olive oil in the refrigirator.
Suggestions for use: use the concentrated raw on meat or fish carpaccio, pasta, risotto, grilled meat, boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, grilled scallops, omlet, fried egg. It's also possible to mix the concentrate with ingredients of your choice to have an Alba's White Truffe dip.
